I am a proud Ballardong/Wudjari woman from Western Australia whom is currently residing on Dja Dja Wurrung country in Victoria, with a strong commitment to supporting the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. With a background in mental health, I work closely with both adults and youth, providing culturally safe and compassionate support for those experiencing mental health challenges.
Drawing on lived experience, cultural knowledge, and professional training, I advocate for holistic and community-led approaches to healing and recovery. My work focuses on creating safe spaces for individuals to feel heard, supported, and empowered on their mental health journey.
As a member of the First Nations Reference Group, I bring a deep understanding of the unique mental health needs of First Nations peoples with neurodivergent children and adults.
