The Yarning and Sharing about Autism & Yarning and Sharing about Sensory Needs webinars will be dedicated culturally safe spaces for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families to learn and yarn about autism. Each webinar will be 90 minutes.
The webinars will cover:
- Diversity of Autism
- Sensory Needs and Processing
The webinars will be offered via Zoom and will be delivered by one our Aboriginal team members, Adam. Adam is a father to an 8-year old who is autistic. He has lived experience of being a parent of an autistic child and interacting with schools.
