New school year… new website!

As some of you may have noticed, we have recently launched the new look of our website. The cleaner, uncluttered layout of the new website makes for a refreshed and focused start to the New Year.

Whatever your goals this year, whether you’re a parent aiming to advocate for your child or a teacher looking for new strategies to support diverse learning needs, it was our ambition to make our website and resources an asset in empowering you to achieve your goals.

Our plan for the new website was to make it easier to navigate and more user friendly. It was important for us, as an information provider, to make autism and workshop information, resources, strategies and practical tools as easily accessible as possible for parents, carers, teachers and school leaders.

Some of the new features that we invite you to start exploring include a search facility, revised layout and navigation, additional content, translated information and more comprehensive FAQs. New parent stories and pages such as ‘Myths & facts’ and ‘Guide to professional help’ are examples of some of the new content we have available.

The new site is divided into 5 main sections: About us, About autism, Parents & carers, Teachers & schools, and FAQs; giving the layout a user focused design. We have also tried to link to relevant information, videos and resources throughout each page of the website, directing users to information relevant to them.

We have had a positive response to the new website so far, with some of our friends reaching out on Facebook to give us some feedback.

“Looks great! Brilliant layout with easy to follow links to information, Love it” wrote Dyna Predebon.

“Awesome, looks better, easier to navigate & find information” from Magdalena Marta Zeng.

We are proud to share our new website with you all, and feel it is a site that represents us. Your feedback will help us improve our website and resources so please tell us what you think.

We will be continuously adding new content, resources and pages, and hope that you enjoy visiting our new website.
